INFORMATIONS OF THE LAW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
INSTRUCTION OF CONSUMER’S WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal

In case of purchasing a product as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in 14 days, without explaining any reason.

The deadline of withdrawal expires after 14 days starting from the day of receiving the product, or a third party member other than carrier, entitled by you received the product.

In order to use the right to withdraw from the contract you are to inform the seller via e-mail: sklep@garett.pl about your intent to withdraw from the specified contract, or send the purchased goods back on the following address Garett ul. Targowa 18, lok. 1413 (14 piętro), 25-520 Kielce during 14 days.

In order to meet the deadline of the withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for you to send the information concerning the execution of the available right to withdraw form the contract, before the end of the withdraw deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

In case of withdrawal from the specified contract, we return all payments received from you, including the cost of the product delivery - if such cost were paid by you (excluding the supplementary costs, resulting from the chosen method of delivery, other than the cheapest, common method of delivery offered by us), immediately and not longer than during 14 days starting from the date in which we received the information concerning your intend to use the right of withdrawal from the specified contract.

The return of payment will be performed using the same method of payment used by you, in the specified transaction, unless in the form of withdrawal from the contract you provided your bank account number and the data for transfer. By asking to return your money using this method, in every case you will not be charged for it.

We inform that we may withhold the return of payment to the time of receiving our goods back, or providing us with the confirmation of sending our products back, dependable on which event will occur first.

Please return the purchased products on the following address: Garett Dział Zwrotów ul. Targowa 18, lok. 1413 (14 piętro), 25-520 Kielce, immediately and not longer than 14 days starting from the moment you issued your intend to withdraw from the specified contract. The deadline is met if you send back the product before the end of 14 days period.

You will have to cover the direct cost of products return. The amount of these cost is estimated for the maximum of approximate 20 PLN.
You are responsible for any product’ cost decrease, resulting from the use of product in other way than it was necessary for specifying the character, features and functioning of the product.
