In our store, you choose the right model of the device and find answers to frequently asked questions.

1. Pairing the device with the phone.

Our devices are compatible with smartphones operating on the Android and iOS systems. In case of iOS, depending on the model of the watch, it may be limited, such information is always included in the product description on our website. Before connecting your watch to your phone, carefully read the smartwatch's user guide. Next step is to download the application for the connection of devices to our smartphone. Apps are downloaded from the Play Store or App Store, the apps are free and there are many of them. The apps are given in the user manual supplied with the device.

2. What apps should I install on my smartphone to set up a child's KIDS or GPS smartwatch?

Our devices are compatible with smartphones operating on the Android and iOS systems. Before using the device, we recommend to read manual guide first. Apps are downloaded from the Play Store or App Store. Apps are for free. The following are the apps that you must download and install for each model:

  • Kids 1, Kids 2, Kids 4, Kids 5, Kids Happy: Garett Tracker app
  • Kids 3, GPS 2: Dowear app
  • Kids Smile: Global Tracker app
  • GPS 3: SeTracker app

3. What conditions must be fulfilled by the SIM card for the Kids Tracker to work properly?

Kids 1, Kids 2, Kids 3, Kids 4, Kids Happy and GPS 2 require Micro Sim card.

Kids 5, Kids Smile and GPS 3 require Nano SIM card.

The SIM card must meet the following conditions:

  • The card must be active (if its brand new card, should be activated in the mobile phone by making an outgoing call)
  • The card must be top up on the account (applies to “pay as You go” cards)
  • The card can’t have an active PIN code (to check if the card has an active PIN lock, install it on the mobile phone and check if you are asked for the PIN code when turning it on. If yes, the lock is active and you will need to disable it in the phone settings or by contact with operator)
  • The card can’t have parental locks.
  • The card must support 2G operation mode, it must have the internet service enabled and the number identification function.

ATTENTION: SIM cards offered by operators as internet devices, dedicated for example for tablets, may not work in the device.

Due to the fact that the device uses an internet connection, in order not to generate additional costs, we recommend purchase an internet package from the operator. The 1GB / month package is enough. The costs of internet connection, voice calls and SMS messages are regulated by the pricing of the mobile network operator.

6. Accurate GPS location (Smartwatches for children)

In order for the location of the watch, the device must be in open area to have a GPS signal. When the watch does not have a GPS signal, for example, the location is located in the building, it is determined based on the nearest cellular network transmitter.

Most important information about blood pressure and blood saturation measurements:

  1. The watch / band has to be in direct contact with our skin. There must be no materials such as clothing items between the sensor and the skin. The strap should be adjusted in such a way that the device adhere well to the wrist and does not move during measurements.
  2. The optical sensor displays parameters based on the blood flow through the blood vessels. We recommend wearing the device slightly higher than the classic watch due to the larger number of blood vessels.
  3. The highest accuracy of measurements we get during training characterized by monotonous movements of hands, then the flow of blood through the blood vessels of the wrist is not disturbed. Intense and irregular hand movements (eg gym training, volleyball, handball) disturb the flow of blood through the wrist and can negatively affect the accuracy of the measurement.
  4. When swimming, the measurement results of the optical sensor may be inaccurate.
  5. The results of measurements in people suffering from cardiovascular disease may be wrong.
  6. Darker skin and tattoos can prevent reliable measurement with an optical sensor.
