Garett Electronics children's watches operate on the basis of an active SIM card inserted in the device. There are two types of slots in children's smartwatches:

The SIM card must meet the following conditions:
1. The card must be active (a new card requires activation in a mobile phone by making an outgoing call);
2. The card must be topped-up (applies to prepaid cards);
3. The card's PIN code cannot be active (to check whether the card has an active PIN lock, install it in a mobile phone and see whether the PIN code request appears when turning the phone on. If yes, the lock is active and you will need to disable it in your phone settings or by contacting your operator;
4. The card must not have a parental lock;
5. The card must support 2G mode, have active Internet service and caller ID function;
6. Since the device uses Internet connection, we recommend purchasing an Internet package from the operator to avoid additional costs. A package of 1 GB/month is sufficient. The costs for Internet, voice calls and text messages are specified in the price list of the mobile operator;
